  I rent a property from this Jared Witt. He is in breach of his lease. Also, I've had the South Brunswick department of housing insect the property due to a mouse infestation. Although this is his responsibility as the land lord/owner - he outright refused to hire a professional. He admitted via text that he cannot guarantee an infestation free property. His response to my complaints: ie, neighbors using drugs on the property (In the common area), the place looking like a junk yard ( air conditioners lawn mower, furniture - all strewn about he lawn), broken garbage cans, the mice infestation, the breach of lease is basically "too bad". He is also verbally abusive. As a land lord he will fight you on EVERYTHING. In my opinion he is the epitome of a slum lord. My recommendation is not to rent from Jared. It's a huge time and money waste. It's not worth the aggravation.
